In October 2019, we engaged in an agreement with Mr. Greer Smith and Green Line Rates, to conduct a cost-efficiency audit on all government facilities for Banks County Board of Commissioners. It was discovered that six of our buildings qualified for alternative rate plans, that would significantly reduce our Georgia Power expenses.
We are only three months into our agreement with Green Line Rates, and thousands of dollars in savings have already been realized.
I would strongly recommend any County or City in the State to allow Green Line Rates, a third-party rate consultant, the opportunity to conduct a cost-efficiency audit! This process was extremely quick and easy and had zero upfront cost!
We are pleased with the efforts of Green Line and would recommend them to anyone looking to reduce utility expenditure.
